Standard Delivery
2–5 working days – £3.99
Express Delivery
1–2 working days – £5.99
Orders are sent with Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the service selected and the size of your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information where possible. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.
If you've changed your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To arrange a return, please email hello@forestskincare.london with your order number.
Returned products must be unopened, unused and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used. Unless your item is damaged or faulty, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning it.
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund the cost of the product to your original payment method. Delivery charges are not refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe there's a fault with your product, please let us know as soon as possible.

- Your order number
- A photograph of the outer packaging
- A photograph of the damaged or faulty product
There's no need to return a damaged item unless we ask you to. We'll review the photographs and resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
